Psychisches Erleben verstehe ich stets im Zusammenhang mit der individuellen Lebensgeschichte sowie den sozialen, kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Kontexten eines Menschen. Mir ist ein therapeutischer Raum wichtig, in dem unterschiedliche Erlebens- und Denkweisen ohne Angst vor Bewertung Platz finden d\u00fcrfen \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von Geschlecht, Identit\u00e4t, Herkunft oder Lebensentwurf. Ich arbeite auf Augenh\u00f6he und verstehe Psychotherapie als einen gemeinsamen Reflexionsprozess, in dem unterschiedliche Perspektiven miteinander in den Dialog treten und neue Sichtweisen entstehen k\u00f6nnen. Auf dieser Grundlage entwickeln wir gemeinsam wissenschaftlich fundierte und alltagsnahe Strategien, um Ver\u00e4nderungen zu erm\u00f6glichen, pers\u00f6nliche Ressourcen zu st\u00e4rken und neue Handlungsspielr\u00e4ume zu er\u00f6ffnen.
